Age Requirement & Alcohol Sales

  • 21+ Policy: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine or join the Spitz Wine Club.

  • ID Verification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all wine pickups. We reserve the right to refuse service if valid identification is not provided.

  • No Wine Shipping: We do not ship alcohol. All wine purchases, including Wine Club selections, are for local pickup only in St. Petersburg, FL.

The Spitz Wine Club (Local Pickup)

  • Billing: Your first payment is processed immediately upon signup. Subsequent monthly billing occurs automatically on the same calendar date.

  • Cancellation/Pausing: You may cancel, pause, or skip a month at any time via your account login on this website.

  • Pickup Schedule: Items are available starting the second Friday of each month.

  • Pickup Locations:

    • Bandit St. Pete: 7 days a week, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

    • smallbar: Thursday – Saturday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

  • Unclaimed Wine: Wine not picked up within 60 days may be returned to inventory without a refund unless prior arrangements are made via email.

Shipping Policy (Merchandise Only)

  • Scope: Shipping is available for Spitz and Smallbar merchandise (e.g., apparel, glassware, accessories) within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Spitz Wine Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Spitz Wine Bar is no longer responsible for the package.

Returns & Refunds

  • Final Sale: All sales of wine and merchandise are final.

  • Flawed Items: If you receive a flawed product (e.g., a "corked" bottle of wine or a manufacturing defect in merchandise), please contact info@spitzwinebar.com within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Please include photos of the flaw for our records.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges for different sizes of merch are subject to inventory availability and may require the customer to cover additional shipping costs.

Spitz Wine Bar is not responsible for any adverse reactions to products sold.
